Service Overview

Our analytics engine provides you with detailed statistics, allowing you to gain insight into the popularity of your content and the location and behaviour of your end-users. Our control panel presents you with an intuitive interface for accessing this information, complete with charts which help you visualise trends and identify issues. Furthermore, our monitoring service comes with an API that allows you to integrate your traffic metrics into your content management system, generate custom charts, produce detailed reports, and more.

Reports

Traffic information for your accountAs a Rambla customer you have standard access to detailed reports, generated on-the-fly for each separate kind of traffic (HTTP, RTMP, RTMP-live, ...) and containing different metrics about end-user access of the files inside your CDN account. These reports contain both a summary for the requested period (unique visitors, number of visits, pages, hits, bandwidth), an overview of the total hits and bandwidth on a yearly, monthly, daily and hourly basis, and statistical details like top countries, hosts, number of views and average size downloaded per URL, list of referrers, ...

Our control panel also allows you to configure custom reporting for individual files or directories and/or receive warning e-mails when a certain condition is met (e.g. traffic for a file exceeds 500 Gb). For businesses that demand even more information, we are able to set up certain kinds of custom log-analysis and reporting.
