Viewmaster

Viewmaster is a web-based project management and showcase tool for video production companies, broadcasters and advertising agencies. They use it to manage, share and comment on files without the hassle of burning DVD's, courier services and endless streams of emails. It helps them save valuable time and money, and streamlines communication.

Uploading your file is the start of a fully automated process. Viewmaster takes care of encoding and publishing your file. You then decide who gets to see your file, who has permission to comment on it, and who can give final approval. At every step in the process, notifications are being sent to those involved. Availability of content can be scheduled and deadlines for comments can be defined.

multimedia reels and portfolio presentation

The reels module has been developed to allow content producers to easily showcase their work, regardless of the geographical location of their prospect. New multimedia galleries can be created in a matter of seconds by simply selecting one or more existing items (be it video, audio or any other type of file), or by uploading new content. Presentations can be saved and re-used later. Optionally, some simple styling elements can be added (such as a prospects logo, a background color). As a final step, a link is being sent off to the prospect, who can then watch the entire showcase through a web browser.

Viewmaster has been developed in partnership with cross media agency Mojomedia, whose deep understanding of the video and broadcast industry complements Rambla's expertise in rich media delivery. It can be deployed as a fully hosted solution or on your own hardware and network infrastructure, but always without the hassle of installation and maintenance, which is taken care of by us.
